 1. School-Based Dyslexia Remediation (SDR) Programme The SDR programme is a two-year intervention for P3 and P4 students who are identified through a systematic screening process for dyslexia conducted at the end of Primary

2. The programme includes reading, spelling and comprehension skills. As part of the SDR programme, resources were created to partner parents to enhance the support for their children with dyslexia. 2. Social Skills Session Social Skills Session is a platform for students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder (ADHD) to apply and practice the skills that have been taught to them, through social interaction. The Social Skills session includes targeted skills such as listening, turn-taking, following instructions and working in groups.
