FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS


Q1.  I am not able to log in to the Parents Portal. Why? 
        
        There may be a few reasons:

        a) There may be many users logging in at the same time. Please refresh the browser page and try again after five minutes.
        b) The passcode is incorrect. Please check the passcode as it is case-sensitive.
        c) The verification code is incorrect. Please check the verification code as it is case-sensitive. 


Q2. How can I log in to the Parents Portal?

       Refer to the notification (School Notification No.: 2021/T3/3) on Parents Gateway for Parents Portal user guide.


Q3. I am unable to log out from the Parents Portal. Why? 

       There is no ‘log out’ button. After you have closed the web browser, the Parents Portal will not be active after five minutes.


Q4. Which Operating System or browser should I use?

        All Operating Systems and browsers can be used to log in.

Q5. I am still unable to log in. What should I do?

      a) Contact the school's General Office at 6766 1574. 
      Operating Hours:  
      Mondays to Thursdays: 7.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m.
      Fridays: 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
      *Closed on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays 

      b) WhatsApp the school's hotline at 8637 9952. 
      Operating hours: Mondays to Fridays: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
     *Closed on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays
