Rules and Regulations
The school firmly believes that Discipline and Diligence are two key success factors in achieving Excellence as expounded in the School Motto.
All CCKPS students are expected to adhere to the School Rules and Regulations.
National Anthem and Pledge
Students who are Singapore citizens must sing the National Anthem and take the Pledge. Students will take the Pledge with the right fist over the heart.
School Uniform and General Appearance
Students are to wear the prescribed school uniform and modification to the uniform is not allowed.

Boys • Polo T-shirt to be worn with shorts on non-PE days. • Shorts should not fall below the knee. • Polo T-shirt, shorts and PE shorts should not be oversized. • Polo T-shirt should be untucked when worn with shorts or PE shorts. |
Girls • Polo T-shirt to be worn with culottes on non-PE days. • Culottes should be of knee length. • Polo T-shirt, culottes and PE shorts should not be oversized. • Polo T-shirt should be untucked when worn with shorts or PE shorts. |
Days with PE / PAL Lessons
PE attire i.e Polo T-shirt and PE shorts can be work throughout the day.
Name Tags
A name tag should be worn on the Polo T-shirt at all times.
Attire on CCA days
Students can wear their PE attire and sports shoes on their CCA days. Special permission will be given by the Principal for students to come in their PE attire and sports shoes on days when students participate in competitions. Scouts are allowed to wear their Scouts uniform and shoes throughout the day on CCA days.
Hairstyle
Shoes and Socks
- Only school socks are allowed.
- Only plain white-based shoes with no fanciful trimmings or patterns are allowed on non-CCA days.
- At no time should one be in slippers or sandals without a valid reason.
Use of cosmetics and accessories
- Use of cosmetics and nail polish is not allowed.
- Jewellery and accessories are not allowed.
- Only girls are allowed to wear a single, plain ear stud on each ear.
Others
- Outlandish / flamboyant / over-sized spectacle frames are not allowed.
- Use of coloured contact lenses is not allowed.
Mobile Phones and Gadgets
The school prohibits students from bringing all expensive items such as smart watches, MP3 players, hand-held computer games etc. Mobile phones are not allowed in school. Every case will be examined on its own merit. Approval will be given by the Principal / Vice-Principal. The school cannot be held responsible in case of theft or loss of mobile phones / smart watches.
Weapons
All students are not allowed to have in their possession any weapon. They are also not allowed to bring any weapon-like item which is used or intended to be used to cause harm to others.
